With 76mm lift: Size 150mm & 250mm, load capacity 1090kg maximum per castor The castor is fixed by means of a side plate fitting which is integral with the body casting. The screw jacking system which has a lift of 76mm is independent of the swivelling action and is operated by a loose tommy bar or alternatively by means of a hexagonal nut fitted to the top of the shaft.

With 150mm lift: Size 250mm, load capacity 2500kg maximum per castor, 2-way directionl lock (with direction of travel at 90 degrees to the vertical fixing plate). Lubrication of the jacking column is by means of two grease nipples fitted into the body andeveld should always be performed witht the castor in the fully retracted position. When not in use the castor should always be in the fully retracted state to protect the column. Fitting is by means of 4 bolts (M16) through a backing plate locating into 25mm deep tapped holes in the body of the castor.

Important note: operation is by means of a 30mm A.F. ratchet lever or conventional spanner or hexagonal socket that MUST be removed immediately after the jacking operation.
